Hours after the petrol bomb attack on Raj Bhavan in Chennai, the police on Thursday registered a case.
The case was registered under sections 436 (Mischief by fire or explosive substance with intent to destroy house, etc), 353 (Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), 506(ii) (Punishment for criminal intimidation) of the IPC, Act 3 of the Explosive Substances Act and 4 of TNPPDL Act.
