When PM Modi had unveiled the Bose statue at India Gate a year ago, and renamed Rajpath as Kartavya Path, he had given a call to remove any traces of colonial mindset. ‘Kingsway, or Rajpath, the symbol of slavery, has become a matter of history from today and has been erased forever.
