Pakistan Rebuilding Terror Camps Destroyed in Operation Sindoor, Say Intelligence Sources

In a development raising serious security concerns, Pakistan is reportedly rebuilding terror camps and launchpads that were destroyed by the Indian Armed Forces during Operation Sindoor in May 2025. According to intelligence sources, the reconstruction is being carried out with full backing from the Pakistani Army, ISI, and government agencies, primarily in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) and along the Line of Control (LoC).

🏕️ High-Tech Camps Hidden in Forests to Evade Detection

Sources reveal that Pakistan is now constructing smaller, high-tech terror facilities deep inside forested terrain to avoid detection by Indian drones, satellites, and thermal imaging systems. These camps are reportedly being equipped with:

  • Radar-jamming technology
  • Thermal masking systems
  • Foliage-penetrating counter-surveillance tools

The camps are being rebuilt in areas such as Luni, Putwal, Taipu Post, Jamila Post, Umranwali, Chaprar, Chota Chak, Janglora, and Forward Kahuta.

🚨 13 Major Launchpads Being Reactivated

Intelligence inputs indicate that 13 major launchpads are being restored in PoK, including:

  • Kel, Shardi, Dudhniyal, Athmuqam, Jura, Leepa Valley
  • Pachiban Chaman, Tandpani, Naiyali, Jankot, Chakoti, Nikail, and Forward Kahuta

Additionally, four launchpads along the International Border, dismantled during Operation Sindoor, are also being reactivated—some reportedly disguised as Pakistan Rangers outposts.

🧠 ISI’s New Strategy: Decentralized Terror Infrastructure

The Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) is reportedly shifting from large centralized camps to smaller, dispersed units, each housing fewer than 200 operatives. This tactic aims to:

  • Minimize casualties in case of airstrikes
  • Ensure operational continuity
  • Enhance concealment and mobility

Each mini-camp is said to have dedicated perimeter security, manned by specially trained Pakistani Army personnel equipped with thermal sensors, low-frequency radar, and anti-drone systems.

📡 Intercepted Communications Reveal Coordination

Indian intelligence agencies have intercepted communications indicating a high-level meeting in Bahawalpur, attended by senior leaders of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Hizbul Mujahideen, and The Resistance Front (TRF)—the group that claimed responsibility for the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack. The meeting reportedly focused on:

  • Rebuilding operational command
  • Resuming recruitment and training
  • Redistributing weapons and logistics

🛡️ India’s Response and Strategic Vigilance

Indian security agencies are closely monitoring the developments and have reportedly increased aerial surveillance and intelligence operations along the LoC and International Border. Defence analysts warn that Pakistan’s actions could escalate tensions and undermine regional stability.

Stay tuned for further developments on India’s counterterrorism strategy.
