Q3 Results: Aditya Birla Capital reported consolidated net profit for the quarter ended December 2024 at ₹708 crore, a decline of 4% compared to ₹ 735.78 crore recorded by the company in the December 2023 quarter.
Aditya Birla Capital’s consolidated income from operations stood at ₹9,381.35 crore during the October – December 2024 period. This was 9.09% higher compared to ₹8,398.94 crore recorded during the October-December 2023 quarter.
The company said its consolidated revenue grew by 10% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹10,949 crore in Q3 FY25.
Aditya Birla Capital Q3 segmental key highlights
The overall lending portfolio (NBFC and HFC) grew by 27% YoY and 6% sequentially to ₹1,46,151 crore as of December 31, 2024.
The NBFC segment’s assets under management (AUM) stood at ₹1.19 lakh crore, up 21% YoY and 4% sequentially.
The HFC’s AUM came in at ₹26,714 crore, an increase of 62% YoY and 15% sequentially.
The mutual fund’s quarterly average AUM came in at ₹3,83,911 crore, an increase of 23% YoY.
The total AUM (AMC, life insurance and health insurance) grew by 23% YoY to ₹5,03,377 crore as of December 31, 2024.
Health insurance gross written premium was at ₹3,337 crore in 9M FY25 (April-December 2024), up 39% YoY. The total premium (life insurance and health insurance) grew by 27% YoY to ₹16,942 crore in 9M FY25. The company said that the life insurance individual first-year premium grew 31% YoY to ₹2,595 crore in the first nine months of FY25.
Udyog Plus, B2B platform for MSMEs crossed ₹3,300 crore AUM till date, as per Aditya Birla Capital. It highlighted that it continues to scale up quite well with more than 2.2 million registrations. The company is also seeing an increased adoption from its existing customers.

Aditya Birla Capital share price closed at ₹172.10 on the BSE, down 2.58% on Monday. Aditya Birla Capital share price, however, dipped more than 4% during intraday trades post results before recovering.
