Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd, co-directed by Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt’s family members, has leased a premium property in the upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra. The company entered into a leave and license agreement for Unit No. 602, located on the sixth floor of the Vastu Building on Nargis Dutt Road.
According to real estate data platform IndexTap.com, the agreement was registered on February 21, 2025. The licensor, Narendra Shetty, has leased the unit to Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd at a starting monthly rent of ₹9 lakh. Additionally, a security deposit of ₹36 lakh has been paid.
Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd is headed by Soni Mahesh Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt. The firm is actively involved in producing films and digital content, expanding its footprint in the entertainment industry.
Pali Hill, known for its elite residential and commercial properties, continues to attract prominent personalities from the film industry. This latest transaction further cements the area’s status as one of Mumbai’s most sought-after localities.
