It was a star-studded night at Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai yesterday. Celebrities had arrived at the school to support their kids on the annual day. Among the celebrities who attended the school event were Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Gauri Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor, and others.
As the chairperson of the Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Nita Ambani made a dazzling statement. She opted for a cream georgette saree which came with intricate broad gold gota borders and red patti embroidery. She paired the saree with a matching blouse which also came with gold gota patti work. The elegant blouse featured a U-neckline and half-length sleeves. For the accessories, she went with statement jhumkis, a diamond bracelet, rings, a triple-string necklace, and high heels. She wore her signature makeup and tied her hair in a bun for the event.
Isha arrived in a rich emerald kurta set which she paired with matching pants. The relaxed-fit kurta was made from Chanderi and viscose organza. It was adorned with custom floral prints in yellow, white, and red hues. The bodice also featured delicate embellishments which was also seen on the sleeves, the kurta hem, and the pants’ borders.
Sticking to her style, Aishwarya opted for a black silk anarkali kurta. She paired the kurta with churidar pants and an organza dupatta. The set featured colourful floral thread embroidery and sequin which added to the charm of the black outfit. She completed her look with stilettos, a shoulder bag, loose waves, and her signature red lip.
Kareena arrived with Saif to cheer for Taimur at the annual day. She ditched ethnic wear and went with a printed wrap dress from Proenza Schouler. With a collared neckline, slit full-length sleeves, cut-outs on the back, and a waist tie, the midi dress came with a front slit. She paired the dress with black Givenchy boots. For the accessories and makeup, she kept it simple but glam.
Gauri wore an ivory embroidered kurta set for the annual day. The kurta set was embellished with gold sequins and delicate applique work adorned the set. She paired it with an embroidered sheer dupatta. Suhana, on the other hand, made a classic statement in a black dress. She paired the dress with a tan Hermes bag, block heels, a watch, and hoop earrings.
