Navya Haridas, the BJP candidate in the recent Wayanad by-election, has filed a petition in the Kerala High Court seeking to nullify Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi’s victory.
In her plea, Haridas alleged that Gandhi concealed critical details during her nomination filing. The petition claims that Gandhi failed to disclose information about properties owned by her and her family and did not accurately list the cases pending against her.
The Kerala High Court is expected to consider the petition after the court’s holidays in January.
