Law enforcement officials have made a third arrest in connection with the ongoing homicide investigation surrounding the death of Ketan Agarwal. According to reports from investigative authorities, the latest individual taken into custody is a 22-year-old man identified as Ritesh Hange. The arrest marks another significant development as detectives continue to piece together the events leading up to the fatal incident.

Investigators revealed that Hange is an acquaintance of Chetan, an individual previously implicated in the case and described in reports as an alleged lover of the victim. Based on preliminary findings from law enforcement officials, Hange was reportedly aware of a prior plot to commit the crime before it was ultimately executed. This knowledge of the earlier plan played a central role in authorities deciding to take him into custody for questioning and subsequent formal charges.

Background of the Investigation

The case began drawing significant public and media attention following the discovery of Ketan Agarwal’s death under suspicious circumstances. As police departments and specialized investigative units delved into the timeline of events, they quickly focused their efforts on individuals within the victim’s immediate social circle. The unfolding narrative pointed toward a complex network of personal relationships and alleged premeditation.

With the apprehension of Ritesh Hange, the total number of individuals arrested in the case has risen to three. Authorities have maintained a rigorous approach to gathering evidence, conducting forensic analyses, and interviewing witnesses to establish the exact sequence of actions taken by each suspect involved in the conspiracy.

Legal Proceedings and Next Steps

As the investigation moves forward, detained suspects are expected to face formal judicial proceedings where prosecutors will present the gathered evidence. Law enforcement agencies have indicated that additional details may emerge as interrogations continue and forensic reports are finalized.

The swift expansion of the suspect pool highlights the thorough nature of the ongoing police inquiry. Community members and observers closely following the case await further official statements from law enforcement as the legal system begins to process the individuals linked to the tragic death of Ketan Agarwal.
