The official hall tickets for the upcoming University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test re-examinations have been officially released by the testing authorities. Students preparing to appear for the tests scheduled across specific dates can now access their credentials online.

Important Exam Dates and Schedule

The rescheduled examinations are slated to take place on September 9 and September 10. These tests cover three specific subjects that required administrative rescheduling. Aspirants must note these dates carefully to ensure timely arrival at their designated testing venues.

Steps to Download Your Hall Ticket

Registered individuals can retrieve their examination passes through the official web portal. To complete this process, applicants will need to input their application number, date of birth, and security pin provided on the portal.

Step 1: Navigate to the official university grants testing web portal.

Step 2: Locate the specific link designated for the June session hall ticket download.

Step 3: Enter your registration credentials accurately in the required fields.

Step 4: Review all displayed information for accuracy before saving.

Step 5: Print a physical copy for verification purposes at the center.

Crucial Guidelines for Examination Day

Aspirants must review all instructions printed on their hall tickets prior to the test date. Following these protocols prevents unnecessary delays and ensures a smooth entry process into the testing halls.

Permitted and Prohibited Items

Only authorized identification documents, permitted stationery, and the printed pass are allowed inside the examination rooms. Electronic devices, smartwatches, calculators, and communication gadgets remain strictly banned within the premises.

Reporting Time and Verification

Candidates must arrive at their assigned testing centers well in advance of the reporting time mentioned on their passes. Biometric verification and security checks require adequate time before the commencement of the test. Late arrivals face disqualification from entering the examination venue under any circumstances.

Addressing Discrepancies

In case of any errors or missing details on the downloaded hall pass, individuals should immediately contact the helpdesk support channels. Timely rectification ensures that no candidate faces administrative hurdles on the day of the assessment.
