The militant group Hamas on Friday released two Americans out of some 200 hostages they kidnapped during the horrifying attacks in Israel on October 7. US President Joe Biden has asked the Israel Defence Forces to delay their ground invasion until more hostages can be released.
Meanwhile, the IDF struck a Hezbollah post which was operated by a terrorist cell. Additionally, a target headed towards Israel’s airspace from Lebanon was also intercepted before it entered the territory. According to IDF’s 2 week war recap, Hamas has fired 6,900 rockets with more than 1,400 people killed so far and 4,600 injured.
