Actor, stand-up comedian and digital content creator Viraj Ghelani got married to his longtime girlfriend Palak Khimavat on December 12. The duo tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai on Thursday, entering a new chapter in their four-year relationship. Giving a peek into his memorable day, he also shared a bunch of snapshots on Instagram, allowing us a closer view into the dreamy wedding. In a humorous caption attached to the post, he wrote, “Happily married and still debating over A.C temperature settings for life!”
For his wedding day, Viraj Gehlani decided to wear a black tuxedo suit. His ladylove Palak, on the other hand, looked stunning in a red embroidered saree, accessorised with silver jewellery. The first photo of the post shows the couple celebrating their union as the expressions on their faces say it all. Next up is a beautiful click that captures the content creator walking past his wife, lovingly gazing at her while also holding her dupatta as she blushes.
Reacting to the photos, Viraj Gehlani’s industry friends congratulated him on the new phase of his life. Soha Ali Khan wrote, “Congratulations!!! Wishing you both a long happy married life together.” Ayush Mehra joined in to add, “Viraj ka best collaboration! Ab tak kaa.” Mithila Palkar also extended her wishes, writing, “CONGRATULATIONS, you guys.” Isha Talwar mentioned, “Congratulations Viraj ! Viraj Gehlani got engaged to Palak in December 2023. The duo’s paths crossed at a Navratri Garba event and have been together ever since. A glimpse of their engagement was shared by the actor on social media, offering fans a look into their celebration. He wrote, “Roomie for life,” along with the photos.
On the work front, Viraj Gehlani made his Bollywood debut in Govinda Naam Mera, starring Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles. He played the role of Bhumi’s boyfriend. Later, he also appeared in a cameo in Atlee’s blockbuster film, Jawan. In the film, he shared the screen with Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Eijaz Khan, Sunil Grover and Lehar Khan among others. Most recently, he was seen in the Gujarati horror-comedy film Jhamkudi. The film saw Manasi Parekh, Sanjay Goradia, Ojas Rawal and others in pivotal roles.
