Veteran actors Jeetendra and Rakesh Roshan have recently proved that age is just a number as they hit the dance floor during the celebration of Jeetendra’s 50th wedding anniversary. A video of the duo grooving to the iconic song ‘Naino Mein Sapna’ has taken the internet by storm. Fans are seen reacting to it and dropping heart emojis.
Mushtaq Sheikh took to his Instagram handle and shared a video in which we can see a grand celebration being organised at their residence in Mumbai. Daughter Ekta Kapoor and several other celebrities marked their attendance. Rakesh Roshan also attended the party, where he was seen dancing with Jeetendra on popular songs. Neelam Kothari, Sameer Soni, Krystle D’Souza, and others, are all seen in the party. One of the fans wrote, “Wow I love the way the two heroes are still killing it with their dance moves.” Another wrote, “Wow.”
In a sweet gesture, Ekta captured a video showing several celebrities, including herself, Krystle D’Souza and Riddhi Dogra, along with Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives stars Bhavana Pandey and Neelam Kothari, dancing and paying tribute to the couple ’s love.The celebration was made even more memorable with the presence of several renowned personalities – Anil Kapoor, Sonali Bendre, Padmini Kolhapure, David Dhawan, Manish Malhotra, Rakesh Roshan, Anita Hassanandani, Kriti Kharbanda and Samir Soni, among others. While the dance performances added energy to the event, the highlight of the evening happened when Jeetendra and Shobha exchanged garlands and recreated the moment from their wedding.
Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor, married in 1974, continue to share a strong bond. Looking back on their relationship, veteran actress Mumtaz once shared her experience working with Jeetendra and mentioned how difficult it was to get along with him due to his closeness with Shobha.
