OnePlus 13 Series comes with free replacement guarantee for first 6 months

Smartphone maker OnePlus has introduced a “180-Day Phone Replacement Plan” for its newly launched OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R smartphones.

Customers who purchase either device before February 13, will be eligible for a free replacement in case of hardware issues within the first 180 days of purchase, ensuring peace of mind and an unmatched user experience.

“We are proud to introduce this protection plan, further enhancing the user experience,” said Robin Liu, CEO of OnePlus India. “This reflects our confidence in the reliability of our products and our commitment to elevating service quality for Indian consumers.”

How does it work?

The replacement plan covers all components, including screens, batteries, back covers, and motherboards. If a hardware issue arises within the 180-day window, users can visit an authorised service centre for a quick, one-time device replacement—no repairs required.

For purchases made after February 13, customers can opt for a paid extension of the service. The plan is priced at ₹2,599 for the OnePlus 13 and ₹2,299 for the OnePlus 13R, extending the replacement period by an additional three months.

This initiative is part of OnePlus’ Project Starlight, aimed at enhancing device durability and improving after-sales service in India. The company has expanded its service network, increased the number of service centres, and streamlined service processes to provide faster, more transparent, and convenient support for Indian users.

Launched at the Winter Launch Event, the OnePlus 13 Series combines advanced AI features, the latest Snapdragon processors, and OxygenOS 15 for seamless performance. With enhanced imaging, triple-camera systems, and a sleek, durable design, the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R are built to deliver a premium user experience.
