Lighting products and pipe maker Surya Roshni Ltd on Thursday (January 9) announced that it received an order worth ₹81.47 crore (including GST) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL).
“…it is hereby informed that the Company has obtained order amounted to Rs 81.47 crore (with GST) from BPCL for CGD Project on Pan India basis,” Surya Roshni said in a regulatory filing.
The order pertains to the supply of API SL PSL2 LPE-coated line pipes ranging from 4-inch to 16-inch diameter. The execution of the order is expected to be completed within 16 weeks.
Last year in November, Surya Roshni said it had received orders worth ₹214.68 crore (including GST), comprising two significant contracts. The first, valued at ₹106.01 crore, is from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) for the supply of API 5L Grade X 3LPE Coated Line Pipes to be used in Rajasthan and Jharkhand. The project is slated for completion within 40 weeks.
The second order, worth ₹108.67 crore, was secured from a domestic entity for the supply of Food Grade Epoxy Coated, Spirally Welded HSAW MS Pipes in Madhya Pradesh. This order has a shorter execution timeline of 15 weeks.
“…it is hereby informed that the company has obtained an order amounting to ₹214.68 crore (with GST) including an order of ₹106.01 crore (with GST) from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation for supply of API 5L Gr. X, 3LPE Coated Line Pipes for Rajasthan & Jharkhand and order on ₹108.67 crore (with GST) from Domestic entity for supply of Food Grade Epoxy Coated, Spirally Welded HSA W MS pipes for Madhya Pradesh,” stated a regulatory filing.
