Born on March 24, 2004, in Madrid, Gonzalo García Torres is a product of Real Madrid’s famed youth academy, La Fábrica. He joined the club in 2014 after early stints at local sides SEK and Jarama Race, with a brief spell at Mallorca’s academy in 2018–19 before returning to the capital.
Garcia made his senior debut for Real Madrid Castilla in March 2022 and quickly rose through the ranks. His breakout came in the 2024–25 season, where he scored 25 goals in 36 appearances in the Primera Federación, earning the Golden Boot and a full promotion to the first team.
