Xiaomi has officially confirmed the India launch of its highly anticipated Xiaomi 15 series. Following its global unveiling at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra are set to debut in India on April 11. However, the Xiaomi 15 Pro, like its predecessor Xiaomi 14 Pro, will remain exclusive to the Chinese market.

Xiaomi announced that the India-specific details and availability for the Xiaomi 15 series will be revealed on March 11, 2025. Both the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra are expected to launch in India on the same day. In Europe, the Xiaomi 15 is priced at EUR 999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, translating to approximately ₹90,800 in INR. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra, with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, is priced at EUR 1,499, roughly ₹1,36,320. Given its advanced hardware, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to cross the ₹1 lakh price barrier in India. The “Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit Legend Edition,” an elaborate camera accessory, is priced at EUR 199 (approximately ₹18,100) in Europe.

Both the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Ultra are designed as photography powerhouses. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra features a quad-camera setup with Leica-tuned optics, including a 50MP Sony LYT900 primary sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX858 telephoto lens, a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP9 periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide lens.
