The much-anticipated finale of Bigg Boss 18 concluded on January 18, with Karan Veer Mehra taking home the coveted winner’s trophy after a grueling 105-day stint in the Bigg Boss house. Mehra and first runner-up Vivian Dsena made it to the grand finale, overcoming numerous challenges and capturing the audience’s hearts.
However, Mehra recently made a surprising revelation during an interview with Bharti Singh’s podcast. Despite his victory, he has yet to receive the ₹50 lakh cash prize promised to the winner. In the interview, Mehra shared his loyalty to Colors, the channel that has played a significant role in his career, saying, “Colors makes you a name. ₹50 lakhs is the winning amount for Bigg Boss 18, and it’s yet to come. Khatron Ke Khiladi 14’s money has come, and the car I won is arriving in a few days.”
Reflecting on his journey, Mehra attributed his win to divine intervention and the support from his fans. He said, “It was all God’s plan. Everyone has contributed in some way to my victory. I was having fun inside and wasn’t looking to win. My weekly total was sorted, so winning or losing didn’t matter much. It’s a personality show, and mine appealed to the audience.”
