Belrise Industries IPO to Open on May 21; Price Band Set at ₹85–₹90 per Share

Belrise Industries, a leading automotive component manufacturer, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on May 21, 2025, with a price band of ₹85–₹90 per share. The IPO, which aims to raise ₹2,150 crore, will remain open for subscription until May 23.

IPO Details and Subscription Timeline

The Belrise Industries IPO is a fresh issue of 23.89 crore equity shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. The anchor investor bidding is scheduled for May 20, while the allotment process is expected to be finalized on May 26. The company’s shares will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on May 28.

Investment Requirements

Retail investors can apply for a minimum of one lot, which consists of 166 shares. At the lower end of the price band (₹85 per share), the total investment required is ₹14,110, while at the upper end (₹90 per share), the minimum investment rises to ₹14,940.

For non-institutional investors (NII):

  • Small NIIs must apply for at least 14 lots (2,324 shares), requiring an investment of ₹2.09 lakh.
  • Big NIIs need to apply for 67 lots (11,122 shares), amounting to ₹10 lakh.

Utilization of IPO Proceeds

Belrise Industries plans to use ₹1,618 crore from the IPO proceeds for debt repayment, with the remaining funds allocated for general corporate purposes.

Industry Position and Financial Performance

Belrise Industries specializes in automotive sheet metal, polymer parts, suspension systems, and mirror components for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, and commercial vehicles. The company serves 27 global OEMs, including Bajaj, Honda, Hero, Jaguar Land Rover, Royal Enfield, Tata Motors, and Mahindra.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2024, Belrise reported a net profit of ₹245.47 crore and revenue of ₹6,064.76 crore. In FY24, the company posted a net profit of ₹352.70 crore with revenue of ₹7,555.67 crore.

Market Outlook

With strong demand for automotive components and expansion plans, Belrise Industries’ IPO is expected to attract significant investor interest. The company’s market capitalization is estimated at ₹8,010 crore, reinforcing its position as a key player in India’s auto sector.
