In a recent episode of Celebrity MasterChef, Farah Khan seemingly confirmed the relationship between Faisal Shaikh, popularly known as Mr Faisu, and Jannat Zubair. The revelation came after Farah, who is a judge on the show, praised Faisal’s cooking skills. In response, Faisal remarked, “Yeh show ke baad toh mere pakka shaadi ho jaaegi” (I will definitely get married after this show). Farah quickly interjected, saying, “Main toh kara ke hi rahungi tere shaadi. Jannat ki sair toh karaungi main” (I will make sure you get married. I will take Jannat on a tour). This left Faisal blushing, while Deepika Kakar hinted that the two have been dating.
For those unfamiliar, Faisal Shaikh and Jannat Zubair have collaborated on several projects and frequently share photos together on social media. Despite fans speculating about their relationship, both Faisal and Jannat have consistently denied the rumors, maintaining that they are just close friends.
“We have been friends for years and continue to be very good friends. We have done many projects together and will do many more. Logo ko aisa bohot lagta hai par aisa kuchh bhi nahi hai” (People assume that we are dating but that’s not true), Faisal said in 2022, as quoted by Bollywood Shaadis. He added, “Zaroori nahi jo onscreen chemistry hai woh offscreen bhi ho” (It’s not necessary that the camaraderie two people share onscreen will be similar to what they share offscreen). Offscreen, we are great friends. I am single.”
Faisal Shaikh is a well-known figure in the entertainment industry, having risen to fame with his TikTok videos. In 2023, he participated in the 12th season of Khatron Ke Khiladi, where he emerged as the first runner-up. He later showcased his versatility by competing in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10.
