Keerthy Suresh Joins Rajkummar Rao in His and Patralekhaa’s Second Production

National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh is set to star opposite Rajkummar Rao in his and Patralekhaa’s second production venture, which will take a satirical look at the commercialization of education.

The untitled film will explore how the education sector has increasingly become a profit-driven industry, rather than focusing on imparting knowledge and shaping the future. Both Rao and Suresh will play educators who expose the hidden realities of the system through a humorous yet thought-provoking narrative.

The project is scheduled to begin filming in Mumbai on June 1, with a strict 45-day shooting schedule. Despite being relatively new to production, Rao and Patralekhaa are committed to backing socially relevant stories that go beyond entertainment.

Their first production, Toaster, featuring an ensemble cast including Sanya Malhotra, Archana Puran Singh, Farah Khan, Upendra Limaye, Seema Pahwa, and Abhishek Banerjee, is set to release on Netflix soon.

With this latest venture, the couple continues to establish themselves as producers with a purpose, bringing compelling narratives to the forefront of Indian cinema.
