Deb highlighted the deteriorating condition of the NH-8 stretch between Churaibari and Panitilla in North Tripura district, requesting immediate repair and maintenance work. He also proposed:
- Declaring the 148-km Kamalpur-Santirbazar road as a national highway.
- Upgrading the Fulkumari-Amarpur road to national highway status.
- Expediting the four-lane expansion from Ranirbazar to Agartala Inter-State Bus Terminus (ISBT).
