Salman Khan Opens Up About Security Challenges During ‘Sikandar’ Shoot

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan recently shared insights into the challenges faced while filming his upcoming movie, Sikandar. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film required extensive outdoor shoots at real locations, which posed significant security concerns due to threats against the actor.

During a promotional interview, Salman revealed that heightened security measures were necessary throughout the shoot. “Security arrangements were extensive because we were filming at real locations. We had to be very careful,” Salman said. The actor also acknowledged the logistical difficulties of managing large crowds and ensuring safety during the production.

The security concerns stemmed from multiple death threats Salman received last year, allegedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. These threats led to increased protective measures, including bulletproof glass installations at his residence and a dedicated security team during outdoor shoots.

Despite the challenges, Salman expressed gratitude that the filming went smoothly. He praised the efforts of the cast and crew, including co-stars Rashmika Mandanna and Kajal Aggarwal, who contributed to the ambitious project backed by Sajid Nadiadwala’s production banner.

Sikandar is set to release on March 30, coinciding with Eid celebrations. The film promises to be a thrilling cinematic experience, showcasing Salman’s resilience and dedication amidst adversity. Fans eagerly await its premiere, marking another milestone in the actor’s illustrious career.
