- Total Cargo Handled: 11.252 million metric tonnes (MMT), up from 8.821 MMT in April–May 2024
- Haldia Dock Complex (HDC): 8.139 MMT (↑27.45%)
- Kolkata Dock System (KDS): 3.113 MMT (↑27.84%)
Segment-Wise Growth
- HDC: Surge in petroleum products, vegetable oil, coal (thermal & petroleum coke), fly ash, and containers
- KDS: Increased handling of fertilizers, pulses, foodgrains, timber, and container cargo
- New Commodities:
- HDC handled iron & steel (29,000 tonnes) for the first time
- KDS registered fresh volumes in coking coal and foodgrains
Container Traffic Soars
- Total TEUs Handled: 1,53,037 (↑31.23% YoY)
- HDC: ↑76%
- KDS: ↑24%
